Levotion Capital was launched in 2025 by Volodymyr Levykin as his new platform for investing in tech startups. After leading UK-based space company Skyrora for seven years, growing it from a handful of engineers to over 130 employees and securing backing from the European Space Agency, Volodymyr established Levotion Capital to channel his expertise into supporting the next wave of breakthrough technologies.

He founded Skyrora, a pioneering UK SpaceTech company backed by the European Space Agency, scaling it to over 130 employees in three years and accelerating the development of Skyrora’s orbital launch vehicles. Previously, he led a global e-commerce firm in Scotland with over 600 staff worldwide, driving rapid growth and a successful exit. Named the UK’s “Satellite Personality of the Year” in 2021, He also spent time in Silicon Valley, gaining valuable insights into the US tech ecosystem.
Volodymyr brings this unique blend of operational insight and industry expertise to Levotion Capital, where he works closely with founders to scale transformative technologies.
